The event was organized by Uzatom Agency and Rosatom State Corporation. This year, the festival is held in a two-day format.

The participants of the first day were students of the Muhammad al-Khorezmi specialized school, as well as the UK School of Tashkent.

A rich program with scientific experiments, interactive classes and demonstrations of modern technologies has been prepared for schoolchildren. The children saw spectacular chemical and physical experiments, got acquainted with the principles of operation of a nuclear power plant and learned how energy is produced.

The main event of the day was the interactive show "Fantastic Laboratory", during which complex scientific processes were explained in an accessible and fascinating way.

During the festival, participants modeled energy production processes, studied reactor design and learned how nuclear technologies are used in everyday life and medicine.

"I didn't know before that nuclear energy is used in many fields. I was particularly interested in its use in medicine and disease prevention. Despite the fact that I am studying IT, after the festival I became interested in physics and the nuclear industry," said festival participant Mukhammadamin Achilov.

Student Sabina Tursunova noted that the festival made a vivid impression on her.:

"I particularly enjoyed chemical reactions and scientific experiments. It was interesting to watch science literally come to life before our eyes. We have learned a lot about nuclear power and its environmental advantages over traditional thermal power plants."

The festival is held within the framework of the personnel training program for the nuclear industry of Uzbekistan and is aimed at developing the interest of young people in engineering and technical specialties, as well as early career guidance for schoolchildren and students.

According to Sabokhat Rakhimova, a teacher at a specialized school, the festival has become an important educational platform for students.:

"Information about atomic energy has completely changed the way our students think about this field. The guys participated in the discussions with great interest and shared their impressions."

Today, the Science and Atom Festival has already become one of the key platforms for popularizing science among young people. Interest in the project continues to grow, and with it the number of participants who want to get acquainted with modern technologies and scientific achievements is increasing.
