particular, it was established that two inspectors of the Yunusabad district
Tax Inspectorate, acting by prior agreement and using their official position,
promised the entrepreneur to help rent three retail stores in Chilanzar
Clothing Market JSC.
Through
their acquaintances, they promised to ensure the victory of the LLC owned by
the entrepreneur in an open tender, as well as to assist in the registration of
lease agreements for retail facilities. The officials demanded 5,000 US dollars
for their services.
During the
operational event, the tax inspectors were caught red-handed upon receipt of
the requested amount. The money was seized as physical evidence.
Currently,
a criminal case has been opened against the suspects, and investigative actions
are underway.
