A representative office of the Passport and Visa Service enterprise of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has been accredited in Uzbekistan

During the meeting, the representative of FSUE "PVS" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia was presented with an official certificate of accreditation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this enterprise.

During the meeting, Oleg Kostyuk thanked for the prompt accreditation and assured that the Representative Office intends to actively participate not only in the framework of the "pilot project" for the organized recruitment of labor migrants from Uzbekistan, but also to organize the provision of wide areas of services, including consulting and various information services, for citizens of the republic.

FSUE "PVS" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is the only state-owned enterprise whose main activities are the provision of information and consulting services in the field of migration to individuals and legal entities, as well as the provision of services for processing applications and other documents submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia when receiving public services (information and consulting services on entry, stay, temporary or permanent residence, employment on the territory of Russia, obtaining citizenship, the status of an internally displaced person, refugee, implementation of migration and registration records, as well as on the issues of mandatory state fingerprint registration and registration of passport and visa documents, registration and support of applications, questionnaires and other documents related to obtaining public services).

At the moment, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan is cooperating with the FSUE "PVS" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as part of a "pilot project" to attract 10,000 builders from Uzbekistan to Russia, the Dune news agency reports.

The "pilot project" is aimed at optimizing the mechanism of arrival of migrant workers to Russia, the qualification selection of specialists taking into account the stated needs of employers, as well as carrying out procedures on the territory of Uzbekistan necessary for the arrival and work of our citizens in Russia. All necessary medical and legal procedures, as well as checks on the Uzbek specialists involved, are carried out in Tashkent.
