According to the Resolution, amendments have been made to the Rules for Investigating Aviation Events involving Civil Aircraft in the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 660 dated November 17, 2022.

Thus, the investigation of aviation incidents and serious aviation incidents involving aircraft with a maximum mass of no more than 2,250 kilograms is carried out by aviation enterprises within the framework of the safety management guidelines.

The investigation includes:

collection, registration and analysis of all relevant information about an aviation accident or incident;

protection of certain records related to the investigation of aviation accidents and incidents;

development of flight safety recommendations, if necessary;

identification of causes and/or contributing factors (if possible);

preparation of the final report.

In the process of conducting investigations of aviation accidents and incidents, all material evidence is immediately provided to the commission and full control over it is ensured. Other types of inspections and proceedings should not interfere with the work of the commission of inquiry.
