The Decree introduces the following procedure for the payment of child allowances and financial assistance to families included in the Social Register:

Social services and assistance, including child support and financial assistance, are provided to families classified as "state-supported families" during their stay in this category, regardless of the employment of family members and without requiring additional treatment.

At the same time, the socio-economic situation of the family is re-assessed 12 months after the family is included in the Social Register, with the exception of studying the situation of the family through the information systems of ministries and departments.;

families classified as a "poor family":

Child benefit or financial assistance is provided on the condition that able-bodied family members are officially employed within 6 months from the date of their appointment.;

child benefit or financial assistance in providing official employment for able-bodied family members is paid continuously without requiring additional treatment.;

If the conditions for ensuring official employment of able-bodied family members are not fulfilled, the payment of child allowances and financial assistance is terminated.

At the same time, in the case of a family's repeated application for child benefit and financial assistance, due to the fact that the family is classified as a "poor family", the rule excluding employment of able-bodied family members is not applied for 6 months.;

Families classified as "family in poverty":

child benefit or financial assistance is paid within 6 months from the date of family classification in this category.;

If the total average monthly income for each family member ranges from 1 to 1.25 times the minimum consumer spending, the amount of child benefit or financial assistance paid to them is 75 percent of this benefit or financial assistance.;

If the total average monthly income for each family member ranges from 1.25 times to 1.5 times the minimum consumer spending, the amount of the corresponding allowance or financial assistance is 50 percent.
