During the event, it was noted that out of 11 thousand appeals received within the framework of the open dialogue, 2 thousand related to land and infrastructure issues. And during local surveys, 55 percent of entrepreneurs reported problems with electricity and gas supply and connection to the grid.

Thus, industrial enterprises are dissatisfied with the fact that when exceeding the established limit for electricity and gas, they are charged double. During the dialogue, it was stated that these restrictions, which affect the growth of the entire sphere, will be reduced.

"Now the basic tariff will remain, even if electricity and gas consumption exceeds the limit by up to 20 percent. If consumption exceeds these 20 percent, the fee for this volume will increase by 20 percent," the head of state said.

Enterprises of the "high" and "medium" categories of the rating of entrepreneurs are allowed to make a monthly prepayment for electricity, dividing it into two parts.

At the meeting, attention was also drawn to the fact that entrepreneurs who have debts to the budget, loans, etc., are unable to pay for electricity, gas and water due to the fact that "collection" is imposed on their accounts. However, it is emphasized that if production is not stopped, the debt can be covered faster.

In this regard, now even if there is a "collection", payments for utilities will not be suspended.
