The
Regulation defines the procedure for the formation and updating of the Unified
Register of Benefits and Preferences (unified Register) for entrepreneurs.
Information
about benefits and preferences will be generated on the platform of the
Ministry of Economy and Finance "subsidiya.mf.uz " and they will be
provided to the EPIG for free through mutual integration.
Government
agencies and organizations will be placed in the register on the platform
"subsidiya.mf.uz " the following information about the benefits and
preferences for which they are responsible:
name and
type of benefit;
name,
number, date and reference to the regulatory legal act establishing the
provision of benefits;
duration of
the benefit;
scope of
provision;
industries
in which benefits are provided;
the
category of the recipient of the benefit, and so on.
Information
about benefits and preferences entered in the unified register must be complete
and reliable.
