The law signed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Law No. 949 dated 08/28/2024) amended the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
According to the Law, amendments have been made to strengthen measures of responsibility for the illegal production, manufacture, storage, transportation, shipment and export of pyrotechnic products from Uzbekistan, as well as the illegal sale or import of pyrotechnic products into Uzbekistan, based on the nature and degree of public danger of these offenses.
The law comes into force from the date of its official publication, according to the Ministry of Justice.
Today, on August 29, the official opening ceremony of the International Trade Center "Termez" took place in the city of Termez. The event was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov, as well as representatives of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan.
