Uzbekistan has established a procedure for assigning qualification categories to teaching coaches

The Decree of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. 500 dated 08/07/2025) approved the Regulation on the procedure for assigning qualification categories to coaches, teachers and instructors of physical culture and sports organizations.

According to the Regulation, the state service is provided by the Ministry of Sports through the ERP sport system.

A fee of one billion rubles is charged for the provision of public services.

Trainers-teachers and instructors-methodologists can be awarded the second, first and highest qualification categories.

After the complete information is generated in the ERP sport system, an electronic certificate of the qualification category with a QR code is issued within one working day.

The corresponding SMS notification is automatically sent to trainers-teachers and instructors-methodologists through the interdepartmental integration platform of the Electronic Government system.

The qualification category is awarded for a period of 4 years.
