According to the document, new forms of customs documents have been introduced in order to accurately and transparently document the processes of customs inspection of goods, their unloading into a warehouse, as well as accounting for customs control and movement of goods.
In particular, approved:
the act of customs inspection for registration of results of inspection of goods and vehicles;
a separate act of customs inspection of hand luggage and baggage of individuals;
electronic request of the declarant for inspection or measurement of goods before their customs clearance;
forms of special acts on unloading goods to a customs warehouse with or without the participation of a customs officer.
These documents are generated and processed electronically through the information system of the customs authorities.
Also, from now on, the requirement to apply to the State Customs Committee for inclusion in the Register of Customs Carriers, as well as the application form for inclusion in this register for customs carriers licensed to carry out international cargo transportation by road, will be abolished.
