Due to changes in Russian legislation in the field of recognition of foreign driving licenses, the Embassy reminds that the current national driving licenses of the Republic of Uzbekistan can be used by citizens for personal driving of vehicles on the territory of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, in order to carry out professional activities - taxi, cargo and passenger transportation, as well as other types of commercial services - Russian legislation requires obtaining a Russian driver's license with the passage of the established procedure.
