    Processed meat products

    According to WHO, sausages, smoked beef, sausages and other processed meat products can cause cancer. According to the organization, eating just 50 grams of these foods per day increases the risk of colon cancer by 18%.

    Trans Fats and margarine

    WHO insists on the complete exclusion of trans fats from the diet. It is noted that about 5 billion people around the world are not protected from these harmful products, which increases the risk of heart disease and mortality. Margarine, one of the most dangerous fats, is considered especially harmful.

    Fried foods

    The oil, which is repeatedly used in fast food, causes serious harm to health. Fried food, in turn, can lead to the development of various dangerous diseases.

    Sugar and its substitutes

    Excessive sugar consumption overloads the liver and increases the likelihood of developing a number of diseases. Therefore, WHO recommends limiting daily sugar intake to 25 grams.

    Canned and packaged foods

    Such products contain harmful additives that prolong their shelf life. For example, sodium glutamate contained in potato chips has the same toxic effect on the body as smoking.
