The event was organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with the Khokimiyat of the Tashkent region. The event will also be organized by the National PR Center, the Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Tashkent region with the support of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the all-season resort Amirsoy Resort and other organizations.

More than six thousand guests are expected to take part in the festival, including representatives of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Belarus and other CIS countries. Among them: leading chefs, restaurateurs, management staff of catering establishments and others.

Within the framework of the festival, competitions, master classes on cooking national and foreign cuisine, performances of musical groups and other interesting events will be held.

This initiative is of great importance in the development of gastronomic and other types of tourism in the Tashkent region. The main purpose of the event is to promote and popularize gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan, as well as to strengthen tourism cooperation, trust, friendship and good neighborliness between the countries; maintain peace and security; maintain and preserve natural sites; promote the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
