First Deputy Minister of ICT Oleg Pekos and Director of the company Khachatur Pombukhchan took part in the signing of the memorandum.
In accordance with the memorandum, a training program, advanced training, and employment of IT specialists will be established.
Cooperation involves the training and development of specialists at various levels in programming and relevant, in-demand specialties.
After training, specialists based on their qualifications will be given the opportunity to practice or work on projects in the Megafon team.
Megafon CEO Khachatur Pombukhchan noted Uzbekistan as the largest IT hub in Central Asia in the long-term future and expressed readiness to exchange experience in order to train high-level specialists, connect existing resources.
