On February 6-10 of this year, the second Conclave of SCO Young Scientists is being held in Bangalore (India). At the fifth meeting of the heads of ministries and departments of science and technology of the SCO member states, the heads supported the initiative of holding youth events (forums, contests, etc.) on a regular basis and agreed with India's proposal to host a Forum of Young Scientists and Innovators of the SCO on its territory.
