This was stipulated by the Presidential Decree "On measures to increase the efficiency of Navoi International Airport's activities" (No. PD-50, dated on February 9, 2026).
According to the resolution, the following key performance indicators to be achieved through the implementation of project management principles at Navoi International Airport have been set for 2030:
Increasing the number of flights by 2, 3 times, reaching 7,000 per year;
Reaching a passenger traffic volume of 150,000 per year and a cargo volume of 45,000 tons.
The executive body of "Navoi International Airport" LLC is granted the right to independently perform the following:
Expanding types of additional services aimed at increasing the export of aviation services using its own incomes;
Setting tariffs for aircraft refueling and storage of aviation fuel brought by foreign carriers in accordance with world aviation market conditions.
