This was announced at a briefing in AIMK by the head of the Human Capital Development Department of the Ministry of Innovative Development.
In 2019-2021, a total of 5,544 researchers successfully defended the scientific degrees of Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Sciences (PhD - 4535, DSc - 1009).
During 2020-2022, the number of researchers who defended their scientific papers ahead of schedule amounted to 298 (PhD - 274, DSc - 24), doctoral students were allocated incentive funds in the amount of 9,092.2 million soums.
