The Polish Academy of Pedagogy is ready to share its experience in the field of inclusive education of young children

    Ambassador of Uzbekistan Bahrom Babayev held a meeting with the President of the Polish Academy of Pedagogy, Professor Barbara Marcinkovska, at which issues of her participation in the World Conference on the Upbringing and Education of Young Children, scheduled to be held in Tashkent on November 14-16, were discussed.

    The Ambassador stressed that the conference will be held with the participation and patronage of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and UNESCO Director General Audrey Azoulay. It is planned to adopt a final document at the conference - the Tashkent Declaration, which will determine the international agenda in the field of preschool education until 2030.

    The Polish side expressed satisfaction with the invitation to such an authoritative high-level conference and interest in participating in this forum. She received an invitation on behalf of the Director General of UNESCO, as well as reference materials about the event.

    Barbara Marcinkowska announced her intention to take part in the conference with a report at one of the breakout sessions on the topic of inclusive education of children with mental retardation in Poland, the news agency "Dunyo " reports.

    The interlocutor was asked to organize a meeting during her stay in Uzbekistan with the leadership of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami in order to establish a partnership for the exchange of knowledge and experience, the publication of joint articles, joint scientific and practical conferences and other issues.

    Barbara Marcinkovska is the largest pre-school education specialist in Poland and well-known in Europe, the author of 12 monographs and more than 120 methodological manuals on inclusive education of children and adolescents, special education of disabled children.
