According to "Dunyo" news agency, during the visit, officials examined the citizens' living conditions, health, food, and other household issues, providing necessary legal and consular explanations.
The Uzbek citizens stated that because they entered the USA illegally, they are currently undergoing court proceedings for deportation. Consequently, they requested practical assistance to return to their homeland as quickly as possible.
The Embassy expressed its readiness to negotiate with foreign authorities and prepare necessary consular documents within its mandate. At the same time, considering recent changes in US immigration policy, citizens abroad were advised to strictly follow local laws and avoid illegal migration.
