The total ban will apply to citizens of Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Myanmar, the Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Sudan, Chad, Equatorial Guinea and Eritrea. The restrictions will take effect on Monday, June 9 at 00:01 Eastern Coast time (07:01 Moscow time).
In addition, partial restrictions will be imposed on citizens of Burundi, Venezuela, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo and Turkmenistan. Restrictions will apply to certain types of visas for each of these countries.
