According to the amendments introduced by the Law, the introduction of a licensing procedure has been established for the following types of activities:
procurement, processing and sale of ferrous scrap and waste;
procurement, processing and sale of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals;
wholesale and retail sale of natural gas.
For the issuance of licenses for these types of activities, the state fee is charged in the following amounts:
procurement (purchase), processing, sale of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals – in the amount of 10 billion;
wholesale and retail trade in natural gas – in the amount of 30 billion rubles.
