In accordance with the Decree, starting in 2027, 200 quotas will be allocated annually for the education of School graduates and participants of the National Program in foreign educational organizations at the expense of funds provided for the implementation of the “Yorqin Iste’dod” (Bright Talents) project.

The quota applies to graduates of the School and participants of the National Program who have enrolled in educational institutions included in the top 100 advanced higher education institutions of an internationally recognized academic ranking, on a grant basis with at least 50 percent of the tuition fee covered.

At the same time, if the number of graduates of the School and participants of the National Program meeting the quota requirements is less than 200 people, the competition will not be held.

If the number of graduates of the School and participants of the National Program meeting the quota requirements exceeds 200 people, the competition is held in the following order of priority:

· belonging to a family included in the Unified Register of Social Protection or the Register of Poor Families;

· the position of a foreign higher education institution in the international academic ranking;

· the amount of the grant provided by a higher education institution.
