The Forum brings together experts from the light industry and the fashion industry of the CIS countries, creating a platform for strengthening cooperation in trade, industry, design and the creative economy.
At the III International Forum last year, the Uzbek delegation also took part among more than 1.5 thousand participants. During the event, prospects for joint projects were discussed, and representatives of Uzbekistan signed more than 20 contracts and memoranda.
Within the framework of the current forum, a meeting was held with Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, dedicated to the development of light industry and the creative industry.
In addition, a session on "State support for light industry and the creative industry in the CIS countries" was held, where Shahlo Ibragimova spoke about the conditions and opportunities created in Uzbekistan for the development of the industry.
