In accordance with the policy of the Government of Uzbekistan emphasizing the importance of teaching English, Director General Han Jong Rim, who has extensive experience in teacher training in South Korea, was invited to train educators in new and effective methods of teaching English to children in preschool institutions. In accordance with the proposed program, Han Chong Rim conducted English language training for educators in the form of mixed online and offline seminars.
More than 1000 educators from all over Uzbekistan took part in the first training. The slogan of the training was the phrase "From good to excellent", which was based on the notion that "good is the enemy of excellent" - implying that "many teachers can be called good teachers, but good teachers standing still, not making efforts to develop and move forward, will never be able to become excellent teachers."". Han Jong Rim also presented specific ideas on how to understand the basic characteristics of children and use them in teaching English.
The second training for teachers was also conducted in an online and offline format. Within the framework of the training, materials were presented on the format of task-based learning (task-based learning), student-oriented lesson methods and various types of task-based activities that can motivate students (motivation of children and others) were also described.

Earlier, Han Chong Rim donated 10,000 copies of Animal ABC Friends books to the Ministry of Preschool Education of Uzbekistan as part of the UNESCO World Conference on Early Childhood Education and Training in Uzbekistan in November 2022.
