The plenary session is chaired by the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbayeva.
Senators, members of the Government, representatives of ministries and departments, as well as employees of domestic and foreign mass media take part in the meeting, which takes place in the format of videoconference.
The senators began their work by reviewing the report of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the implementation in the first half of 2021 of the State Program for the implementation of the Action Strategy for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 in the "Year of Youth Support and public Health Promotion".
