It is reported that scammers promise legal employment, housing and paperwork, but in the end they put our compatriots in a difficult situation.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Istanbul stated that those who engage in illegal work or become victims of fraud may face problems such as:
the salary will be significantly lower than promised or not paid at all.;
working conditions can be difficult and unfavorable.;
exploitation and humiliation by the employer are possible;
illegal labor in Turkey faces deportation and fines.;
you may not be met at the airport, and after receiving the money, the intermediary will simply disappear.
In such cases, the lack of official documents between applicants and "employers" makes it difficult to bring fraudsters to justice.
To work in Turkey, foreigners need to obtain an official work permit (Çalışma Izni).
The Consulate General also recommended that when looking for a job, contact the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (www.migration.uz) or licensed official agencies.
