During the meeting, the parties discussed the expansion of information cooperation, the promotion of Uzbekistan's environmental agenda in the international arena and the implementation of joint media projects aimed at highlighting reforms in the field of environmental protection and combating climate change.
Special attention was paid to popularization of "green" transformation, conservation of biodiversity and involvement of the international community in Uzbekistan's initiatives within the framework of the global climate agenda.
At the end of the visit of the foreign delegation, a tour of the National Committee was conducted, including a demonstration of the work of the Situation Center, where environmental monitoring and coordination of operational activities are carried out.
