Recall that at the end of February, Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the creation and development of technoparks in the country via videoconference with Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev. In October 2023, after the first visit to Kazan by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the government of Tatarstan signed a cooperation agreement with the authorities of the Surkhandarya region. Sh. Mirziyoyev was also at the opening of the "Games of the Future" in Kazan, where he stated that Uzbekistan, following Russia and Kazakhstan, is ready to host the tournament in 2026.
