The diplomats have worked out the issue of the return of Uzbek citizenship with the Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry and other involved organizations, the Dunyo news agency reports.
It should be noted that, according to the legislation of Saudi Arabia, foreign citizens must obtain an exit visa to leave the kingdom. In particular, a woman needs her spouse's official permission to travel abroad.
Based on the application of citizen R.G., her husband was arrested and placed in a temporary detention facility. During the conversation, he was charged with the obligation to issue an exit visa for his wife, not to prevent her return to Uzbekistan, not to harass her or harm her.
Citizen R.G. was issued an exit visa, and measures were taken to ensure that she, being in good health, left the kingdom and flew to Uzbekistan on the Dammam-Sharjah-Tashkent route.
The compatriot expressed her sincere gratitude to the diplomats, the government and the leadership of Uzbekistan for their support and saving her life.
Thanks to the state policy of supporting compatriots and the "Homecoming" campaign carried out within its framework, Uzbekistanis who find themselves in a difficult life situation far from home gain a new chance and hope for changes in their fate.
