The Fencing World Youth Cup continues in Udine. On the penultimate day of the competition, the winners and prize-winners in the team program were determined on rapiers and swords.
Domestic skewers reached the quarterfinals of the competition and took a place in the top eight. In the 1/8 finals, the Uzbek national team defeated Austria with a score of 45:39, but on the threshold of the semifinals they lost to the Spanish rivals, 41:45.
Unfortunately, Uzbek teams could not overcome the 1/8 finals in other directions.
