This was announced at a briefing in the AIMC by the head of the information service of the National Center for Human Rights Gulom Mirzayev.
In accordance with the requirements of the law, now physical and moral, as well as material damage caused to victims of torture, or lost profits, expenses related to moral damage, legal advice, medicines and medical services, psychological and social services will be compensated by the state.
