– According to article 172 of the Labor Code, the calculation includes the payment of lost wages to the employee, compensation for all unused basic and additional vacations by the employee, as well as other payments if they are provided for by labor legislation or other legal acts on labor or an employment contract.

Article 234 stipulates that monetary compensation is paid to an employee upon termination of an employment contract for all unused annual basic and additional work leave.

In accordance with article 254, upon termination of an employment contract, payment of all amounts due to the employee from the employer is made on the day of termination of the employment contract with the employee.

Thus, upon dismissal, an employee has the right to receive the unpaid portion of wages and compensation for unused vacations.
