Such violations lead to severe consequences, including large fines, revocation of benefits, and deportation.
According to the Agency, this year, 20 citizens were fined 660 million UZS for violating the terms of their tripartite contracts. Individuals who are deported will be obliged to fully return all benefits provided by the state. Furthermore, such citizens will not be sent abroad through organized recruitment for a period of 1 year.
The Agency reminds that in case of job termination, a citizen must register as a job seeker within 1 month and find a new employer and sign an official contract within 3 months. Otherwise, there is a risk of large fines, illegal status, and deportation.
According to contractual procedures, "not leaving the workplace without agreement" is a strict requirement. If violated, accountability is inevitable.
An appeal is also made to those on the SPAS database: if you have received a contract, it means you have been selected by the employer. Individuals demanding money with promises of "getting you selected" are fraudsters. In such cases, it is recommended to call 1282.
