The prestigious event was organized jointly by the khokimiyat of the Jizzakh region, the Committee on Tourism, the Ministry of Culture, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as well as the khokimiyats of the regions and the city of Tashkent.

The main goal of the Jizzakh Open Air - 2026 International Tourism Festival was to promote the Jizzakh region as a modern tourist center of national and international importance, popularize the region's rich natural resources, national gastronomy and beach tourism opportunities. At the same time, the festival was implemented as a comprehensive project that contributes to the increase of economic activity in the region and the development of tourism in combination with the sports industry.

Within the framework of the event, exhibition pavilions representing the cultural heritage and gastronomic traditions of all regions of Uzbekistan were organized. The guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with national dishes, handicrafts and cultural programs reflecting the identity of each region of the country.

One of the key events of the festival was the Asian Beach Volleyball Championship, organized in accordance with international standards. Sports delegations from various countries took part in the competition. In addition, tournaments in mini-football, beach tennis and various types of water sports were organized for sports enthusiasts.

A rich cultural and entertainment program has become an integral part of the festival. In the evening, concerts with the participation of pop performers and folklore groups, as well as DJ sets and bright show programs for young people were organized for the guests.

At the same time, special information tours were organized for domestic and foreign tour operators, media representatives and bloggers, which contributed to the widespread international promotion of the festival.

A varied program of active recreation was prepared for the participants of the event. In particular, guests could take a hot air balloon flight over the lake, ride quad bikes, horseback riding and camels, as well as take advantage of outdoor activities such as paragliding and kayaking.

The festival ended with a colorful fireworks display. Thousands of participants enjoyed a vibrant show, musical performances and a festive atmosphere, witnessing one of the most memorable events of this summer.
