During the meeting, information was provided on the large-scale reforms of tax administration over the past five years and the results achieved.

Issues related to strengthening tax control, strengthening the capacity of auditors and technical assistance from the IMF were also discussed.

It was noted that promising cooperation with the IMF and the missions they organize, as well as the proposals presented by experts, occupy a special place in the reform of the tax sphere.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue comprehensive cooperation in the field of step-by-step improvement of tax administration, combating the shadow economy and increasing human resources.
