The President of Belarus sincerely congratulated the Leader of Uzbekistan on his convincing victory in the Presidential Election, wishing great success and prosperity to Uzbekistan.
The observed growth in the trade turnover and the increase in the number of projects in medicine, pharmaceutical, textile, and other industries were noted with satisfaction.
In April this year, the Uzbekistan Culture Days were successfully held in Belarus, and in May, the premiere of a joint film took place in Tashkent.
The two countries’ leaders noted the importance of intensifying the activities of the Uzbekistan – Belarus Intergovernmental Commission.
Issues of interaction at regional platforms, including within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, were also considered.
