The SCO Secretary-General sincerely congratulated the Leader of Uzbekistan on the successful holding of the Presidential Election and the convincing victory.
Issues of further developing multilateral cooperation between the SCO member states and the practical implementation of the initiatives put forward during the Samarkand and Delhi summits of the Organization in 2022-2023 were discussed.
The importance of promoting joint programs and projects in the economy, innovation and high technology, transport connectivity, food and energy security, ecology and green technologies, tourism, and cultural exchanges, and ensuring security within the SCO, was noted.
The main attention was paid to the continuation of the modernization of the SCO, the improvement of the activities of the Organization’s structures, and the adoption of measures aimed at strengthening mutual trust and partnership in our vast region.
