The project was implemented by the Academy of Public Administration and the Public Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Bavarian School of Public Policy.

The responsible persons presented detailed information to the leaders via videoconference about the project’s main goals and objectives. These are developing the potential of management personnel in the country’s regions in socio-economic development, attracting foreign investment, and developing advanced technologies.
