Within the framework of the meeting, panel sessions were held with the participation of experts on various topics. In particular, the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbayeva took part in the panel discussion on the topic "The path of new skills - the formation of human capital in Central Asia".

During the discussions, an exchange of views took place on how to effectively use the potential of growing, young and other segments of the population of countries and turn this potential into a catalyst for sustainable growth.

In particular, special attention is paid to the organization of vocational education based on new approaches, training of the population, especially young people, in modern professions, increasing the share of the private sector, improving the legal foundations of all processes in this area.

During the discussions, the Chairman of the Senate expressed the following opinion: "The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Uzbekistan, within the framework of more than 10 projects, provides great support to building the potential of our youth, namely the development of human capital. Our country is growing rapidly demographically. 600 thousand young people enter the labor market every year. It is necessary to train and prepare them for professions, at the same time to provide them with decent work, decent wages and safe working conditions. Of course, it is extremely important that we consistently and effectively cooperate with international partners in this direction and on other issues of strategic importance to us."

Within the framework of the annual meeting of the EBRD Board of Governors with the participation of international experts and experts, discussions were also organized in such areas as international trade, energy security, renewable energy sources, the importance of small and medium-sized businesses for the economy, digitalization in emerging markets.
