This standard sets out the requirements for the services of a health spa resort, the main auxiliary processes and the quality of services that must be provided to the client.

This standard can be used by health spas of all types and sizes, even if they are part of other activities (for example, accommodation facilities, fitness centers and hospitals).

Also, the standard was developed in order to further develop the tourism infrastructure of Uzbekistan and create conditions among visitors so that the clients of the wellness spa resort could relax, think calmly, strengthen their health and return to everyday life, revitalizing the body, mind and soul.
