Issues of strengthening cooperation in trade, economic and investment spheres between the state of Utah and Uzbekistan were discussed.

The parties discussed in detail the prospects for the participation of American companies in projects in Uzbekistan, as well as issues of expanding bilateral partnership in the fields of agriculture, tourism, mining, energy, information technology, and finance.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to take joint measures to further deepen and expand bilateral cooperation and attract American companies to the Uzbek market.

The President of the Foundation, M. Hansen, visited Uzbekistan in December 2023 and expressed interest in financing the equipping of schools with computers, the organization of English language teaching, support for special schools for people with disabilities and the implementation of other socially oriented projects.
