The changes and additions made include:
the abolition of the requirement for a re-assessment of living conditions by a working group once a quarter from the moment of inclusion of persons in need of outside care in the Register of Single and Lonely elderly and Persons with Disabilities in need of outside care;
the abolition of the practice of drawing up by Inson centers and family polyclinics a schedule for organizing in-depth medical examinations of individuals for the coming year;
a clear definition of the grounds for canceling the voucher issued to the user of social services and excluding the social service provider from the Family Partner platform in the Unified National Social Protection information system.
Starting from March 1, 2026, care services will be provided on a day-to-day basis for people who are registered for mental illnesses without behavioral disorders and who have been diagnosed with dementia, Parkinson's disease, or Alzheimer's disease.
