Since the beginning of the year, the rights of entrepreneurs have been restored in 49% (2,317) cases out of 4,732 appeals received by the Business Ombudsman

    16.1 percent of the appeals concerned taxes; 13.5 percent - the use of land and buildings; 12.8 percent - infrastructure; 11.7 percent - banks; 5.9 - the activities of courts and other issues.

    This was announced at a briefing in AIMK by the responsible employee of the Business Ombudsman Nozima Saidalieva.

    Based on the received appeals, 1,103 measures of influence were applied in the interests of entrepreneurs, including 83 submissions, 39 conclusions and 62 warnings were submitted to state bodies and organizations.

    At the same time, 161 claims and complaints were filed in the courts in the interests of business entities. As a result, applications in the amount of 20.7 billion soums were satisfied in favor of entrepreneurs, their property rights to 433 hectares of land were restored.

    In turn, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against 758 officials and responsible persons of state bodies and a fine of 355 million soums was applied.
