The event is attended by representatives of the IOC headed by Director of the Games Department Toshio Tsurunaga and Director General of the Asian Games OSA Haidar Farman, as well as employees of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.

The forum tells in detail about the preparations for major complex competitions that will be held in the coming year on the Asian continent, about the requirements imposed by the organizing committee of the competitions in accordance with the legislation of each host country.

It is worth noting that in 2023, from September 23 to October 8, the XIX Asian Summer Games will be held in Hangzhou, China, and from November 17 to 26, the Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games will be held in Bangkok and Chonburi (Thailand), as well as other starts are planned.

During the event, representatives of the Organizing Committee of each of the Games provide updated information about the competitions, detail changes in the regulations. Representatives of the Organizing Committee of the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games Paris-2024 also spoke at the forum. European experts took part in it online and gave detailed information about the requirements for each delegation.

In accordance with the agenda of the forum, in addition to preparing for complex competitions, responsible persons also make reports on further strengthening the promotion of the Olympic Movement in the region, protecting the rights of athletes, and financial calculations of the organization. Also, our compatriots exchange experience with foreign colleagues in preparation for the upcoming competitions.
