During the search at his place of residence, components for the manufacture of an explosive device with striking elements and other material evidence were seized. This was reported by the press service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is an adherent of radical religious ideology, and was previously convicted of murder.
A pre-trial investigation is being conducted against the said person in accordance with part 1 of Article 255 of the Criminal Code.
