The main objectives of the Decree are defined, in particular:
setting performance indicators based on the successes achieved and existing challenges within the framework of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy;
full digitalization of monitoring processes for achieving the goals of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy.
On the Digital Platform, the status of achieving the performance indicators of the goals of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy is divided into the following categories:
"green" - timely and complete achievement of the relevant performance indicator;
"yellow" - there are delays in achieving the efficiency indicator, but there is a possibility to eliminate them.;
"red" - there are serious delays in achieving the efficiency indicator or it has not been achieved at all.
At the same time:
agencies responsible for performance indicators classified in the "green" category will be encouraged;
for reasons of delays in achieving the indicators of the "yellow" category, an analysis is carried out, and the Cabinet of Ministers issues an instruction to the relevant department on taking the necessary measures.;
The activities of the departments responsible for the indicators of the "red" category are subject to critical consideration at a meeting of the Presidium of the Cabinet of Ministers.
