In accordance with the Decree, from September 1, 2022, in kindergartens operating on the basis of public-private partnership, in family kindergartens:
- subsidies from the budget are automatically calculated in the information management system of non-governmental preschool educational organizations, based on the turnout of employees to work and attendance of pupils;
- accounting for the arrival and departure of employees to work and attendance of pupils is carried out using biometric identification technology using a mobile application;
- if the monthly attendance of pupils in the reporting month is less than 40 percent of the number of registered children, wages for this month are not paid from the budget.
- The Resolution approved the provisions regulating:
- the procedure for placing money in banks for the creation of kindergartens on the basis of public-private partnership;
- procedure for payment of subsidies and compensations from the budget to non-state kindergartens;
- activities of family kindergartens;
- the procedure for allocating compensation from the budget for the remuneration of kindergarten teachers in organizations where women work in the evening shifts;
- the list of information subject to mutual exchange between the information management system of non-state kindergartens and the interdepartmental integration platform of the Electronic Government system.
