According to the Regulation, employers who employ persons with disabilities (with the exception of budget organizations, state-owned enterprises, legal entities in whose authorized capital the state share is 50 percent or more) are provided with a subsidy of 1.5 times the amount of BRV (405 thousand soums) per employee.
At the same time, the employer, after hiring a person with disabilities, applies for a subsidy to the district (city) Employment Assistance Center with the necessary documents attached.
The district (city) Employment Assistance Center examines the documents within 3 working days and, based on the results of the study, decides on the allocation (refusal to allocate) a subsidy.
In case of a positive decision, the subsidy is paid to the employer next month for each month (for 6 months).
At the end of each month, the actual work of persons with disabilities employed is monitored, the legal channel of the Ministry of Justice reports.
