In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PP-171 dated 05/31/2023, from January 1, 2024, part of the expenses of investors aimed at building and equipping new cable cars will be covered from the State Budget in the amount of 1 billion soums for every 500 meters of track, subject to commissioning by December 31, 2025 and the length of the cable cars There are at least 500 meters of roads.

At the same time, part of the expenses of investors aimed at the first 20 projects for the construction and equipping of new cable cars are covered.

The approved Interim Regulation provides for the procedure for submitting an application for a subsidy and its consideration, as well as the allocation of subsidies from the State Budget.

The investor submits an application to the Tourism Committee through a Single portal of interactive public services. To receive a subsidy, an investor must meet the following requirements:

· there is no debt on payment of taxes and fees;

· It is not in the process of reorganization or liquidation;

· its activities have not been suspended in accordance with the procedure established by legislative documents;

· the investor has not been declared insolvent on the basis of a court decision.
