During the meeting, the current state and prospects for the development of Uzbekistan's cooperation with the UN, issues of expanding cooperation, including in the field of achieving national sustainable development goals, were discussed.

The UN representative was informed about the essence and significance of the large-scale reforms carried out in Uzbekistan aimed at improving the standard of living of the population, reducing poverty, ensuring gender equality, as well as the implementation of the SDGs in our country.

Various aspects of interaction on gender issues were also discussed, in particular, the expansion of women's economic opportunities and the creation of conditions for the realization of their professional and personal potential.
